La Francia ospiterà l'Irlanda nella prima sfida allo Stade Maurice David di Aix-en-Provence sabato 3 febbraio. Prima di allora, avranno l'occasione di allenarsi assieme alla prima squadra. Il capo allenatore Sébastien Calvet ha commentato: “Questo grande privilegio è dovuto ad una relazione di fiducia stabilita in diverse stagioni e grazie ad un'opportunità decisa da Fabien Galthié.
Al termine di questa parte di allenamenti, i giocatori rimarranno per disputare la partita tanto attesa contro l'Irlanda, mentre altri torneranno ai club ma avranno certamente l'occasione di prendere parte ad altri incontri".
