Scotland are hoping to secure their first top-half Guinness Six Nations finish since 2018 when they host Italy on Super Saturday.
Although they missed out on the Triple Crown in defeat to Ireland last week and are unable to become champions, there is plenty for Scotland to play for against an Italy team hoping to win their first game of the Championship.
The Azzurri will be aiming to mimic their last Super Saturday performance, when they stunned Wales on the road in 2022.
They have not beaten Scotland in their last 11 attempts but have more wins against them than any other Six Nations team.
SCOTLAND
Head coach Gregor Townsend has made four changes to the Scotland XV, with Finn Russell, Stuart Hogg and Richie Gray ruled out after sustaining injuries in last week’s game against Ireland.
Blair Kinghorn is named at fly-half in place of Russell and will dovetail with No.9 Ben White, while Ollie Smith replaces Hogg at full-back.
Sam Skinner comes into the second row and Hamish Watson returns at openside flanker. That means captain Jamie Ritchie moves across to the blindside and Matt Fagerson drops to the bench.
Of the replacements, fly-half Ben Healy is in line to make his Scotland debut, with Rory Sutherland, Ewan Ashman and Cameron Redpath – who would make their first appearances of this year’s Championship – also named.

Italy have made four changes for the trip to BT Murrayfield, with winger Simone Gesi and replacement hooker Marco Manfredi set for their Azzurri debuts.
Alessandro Fusco makes his first Championship start at scrum-half, while Edoardo Iachizzi and Marco Riccioni also return.
