FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Where do I buy Tickets - Tickets can be purchased via the ticketing link on each team's home page. To find this information, please visit the Tickets and Hospitality section. Alternatively you can go to each Union's website and search for ticketing options.

2. What is the refund policy for tickets - Refunds are specifically handled by each seller respectively. Please contact the seller from their support/contact us section.

3. How do I access my digital tickets - Digital access is specifically handled by each seller respectively. Please contact the seller from their support/contact us section.

1. How do I create an account on Six Nations Rugby - By going into the top menu bar you will be able to create an account from 'Create an Account' menu item by following the instruction prompts.

2. How do I reset my password - You can reset your password by using the top right menu, selecting 'my account', 'reset password'.

3. Can I change my personal information - Yes, by accessing the my account from the top right menu bar you can edit you personal details.

4. Can I change my email address? - Currently, we don't have the option to change your email address directly. No worries, though! If you'd like to use a new email, simply create a new account with your new email address.

5. Can I delete my account? - Yes you can, please send an email to [email protected], it can take up to 30 days to be removed.

6. Do you have an eCalendar - The Sync-to-Calendar feature will be made available shortly.

2. Where can I get broadcast information for matches - You can access the 'Matches' section on each page. The broadcast details will be shown within the match card and will be associated with your region. You can also check HERE for the Guinness Men's Six Nations.
