Matthieu Jalibert and Romain Ntamack will start a Test match together for the first time after being named in France’s side to take on Argentina in their Autumn Nations Series opener in Paris.
Jalibert will start at fly-half with Ntamack at inside centre in the team which will be led by new captain Antoine Dupont.
There is one new cap in the starting XV as Thibaud Flament, the Toulouse lock, gets the nod alongside Paul Willemse.
With Ntamack starting at inside centre, Gaël Fickou shifts out a position, while the back three is the same as the first two Tests in Australia as Melvyn Jaminet starts at full-back alongside Damian Penaud and Gabin Villière.
Villière had been forced to withdraw from the squad initially with a niggle but is fit to play, as is Mohamed Haouas who also came back into the squad this week.
Anthony Jelonch, who captained the side in Australia, starts at No.8, with Grégory Alldritt dropping to the bench. He is joined in the back row by Toulouse teammate François Cros and Bordeaux-Bègles flanker Cameron Woki.
In the front row, Haouas joins Toulouse duo Cyril Baille and Julien Marchand.
There is one debutant on the bench with Maxime Lucu the back-up scrum-half in a six-two split between forwards and backs.
That means that Sekou Macalou will provide cover for both the back row and the outside backs.
