The Autumn Nations Series began last weekend and the remainder of the teams join the action this week in what is set to be a bumper set of fixtures.
After Scotland defeated Tonga 60-14 and New Zealand triumphed 54-16 over Wales in Cardiff, all the remaining European and Southern Hemisphere giants join in the fun this weekend.
Ireland host Japan in a repeat of the 2019 Rugby World Cup pool match, which Japan famously won 19-12, while Italy face the All Blacks in the other Saturday 1pm kick-off.
Later that afternoon, at 3:15pm, England welcome Tonga at Twickenham, in what is set to be a much-changed England side.
Wales host the world champion Springboks at Principality Stadium at 5:30pm and will have their stars from the English Premiership available once more, before France square off with Argentina in the 8pm kick-off.
On Sunday, Scotland take on a rejuvenated Australia side at BT Murrayfield, with their English Premiership and Top 14 players joining the camp.
Six intriguing matches to look forward to this weekend, and plenty of interest will go into the line-ups selected by the head coaches.
Here is when we will find out those matchday squads.
TUESDAY
SOUTH AFRICA
South Africa, fresh from Lions success and touring Europe for the first time as world champions, will visit Guinness Six Nations champions Wales on Saturday afternoon.
They will be announcing their squad on Tuesday at midday UK time, as they look to repeat their 2019 Rugby World Cup semi-final victory.
THURSDAY
ENGLAND
At 11:30am on Thursday, Eddie Jones will announce his side to take on Tonga in front of a packed Twickenham crowd on Saturday.
Louis Lynagh and Alex Mitchell joined up with the England squad for training at Pennyhill Park, with Harry Randall suffering a hip flexor injury and Anthony Watson ruled out with an ACL tear.
Jones is likely to name a much-changed team, with the likes of Marcus Smith continuing at fly-half after his successful run in the No.10 shirt against USA and Canada in the summer.
WALES
Wales will name their side to face the Springboks at midday on Thursday, with a whole host of changes expected from the New Zealand defeat as the likes of Louis Rees-Zammit and Dan Biggar can return to the fold.
Alun Wyn Jones may be ruled out due to the shoulder injury he suffered against the All Blacks, whilst Ross Moriarty will almost certainly be out after what looked like a nasty shoulder injury of his own.
Pivac spoke about the pair, saying: “Al, talking to him in the changing room, he feels pretty good, he’ll get a scan as a precaution.
“He’s not in any discomfort, at the time, with the previous episodes, he couldn’t play on.
“Ross is an AC joint. He was in quite a bit of pain. He’s on pain relief at the moment, so it doesn’t look too good.”
FRANCE
Fabien Galthié will name his French side to play Argentina at 1pm UK time.
Galthié’s men have emerged as one of the most exciting nations in World Rugby since the last time Argentina visited France, and all eyes will be on their selection to take on Los Pumas.
Recalled to the French squad for this fixture were the likes of Mohamed Haouas, Bernard Le Roux and Gabin Villiere.
NEW ZEALAND
It is expected that New Zealand will name their side to face Italy in Rome this Thursday.
The All Blacks, fresh from a comfortable victory over Wales, are looking to continue that run against Italy on Saturday lunchtime.
It is likely that Ian Foster will ring the changes after the win in Cardiff, with Test matches against Ireland and France to come.
ITALY
The Italians are also expected to name their side to face the All Blacks on Thursday, in what will be Kieran Crowley’s first team sheet as Italian boss.
The Italians are preparing for their first match of the Autumn Nations Series and face the world number one side in Rome on Saturday.
Crowley recalled the likes of Michele Campagnaro to his squad, whilst Michele Lamaro was named as captain for the Autumn Nations Series.
New Zealand-born Crowley also added five more players to the Azzurri squad ahead of their Autumn Nations Series opener, with the likes of Cherif Traore and Edoardo Padovani joining their national side.
IRELAND
In the other lunchtime kick-off, Ireland host Japan in Dublin and it is expected that Andy Farrell will name his side on Thursday.
The Irish won this fixture 39-31 in the summer, and it could be another thriller this Autumn, as captain Jonathan Sexton is set to win his 100th cap.
ARGENTINA
Thursday’s manic day of team announcements is likely to include the announcement of Los Pumas’ 23.
Argentina are looking to seek revenge on France following their 23-21 defeat at the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
Mario Ledesma will be hoping he can coach his side to the same success that he was able to captain them to in 2007, with Argentina defeating France twice during that World Cup.
FRIDAY
SCOTLAND
Gregor Townsend will name his squad to face Australia on Sunday afternoon this Friday.
After their heavy win over Tonga, there is likely to be much change for the Australian challenge.
He will be able to welcome back the likes of Stuart Hogg, Finn Russell and Duhan van der Merwe to his side.
AUSTRALIA
The Australians are expected to name their side to take on the Scots on Friday as well.
Australia, who are without Quade Cooper, are preparing for their first match in Europe, after defeating Japan 31-23 in Oita two weeks ago.
Dave Rennie will be hoping his troops can continue to impress following their promising Rugby Championship campaign.
