Scotland host world champions South Africa while England and Australia continue their long-standing rivalry in an epic week of Autumn Nations Series action which sees all six matches broadcast live for fans to watch.
After starting their Autumn Nation Series with a comfortable win over Tonga, Scotland impressed as they beat Australia 15-13 at BT Murrayfield last weekend.
Now, Gregor Townsend’s side face their toughest test yet against a South Africa side which is slowly getting back into the swing of things after not playing for almost two years.
Fixtures and Broadcast information
After triumphing in this summer’s British & Irish Lions series, the Springboks edged their way past Wales 23-18 on Saturday at Principality Stadium and now head to Edinburgh.
The contest between Scotland and South Africa will kick off at 1.00pm on Saturday, and fans will be able to watch it all live on Amazon Prime.
At the same time there is an all-Latin clash in Rome as Italy host Argentina at the Stadio Olimpico, with that match also being broadcast live on Amazon Prime.
There were some encouraging signs for Italy at the weekend before New Zealand went on a late try spree in a 47-9 victory, while Argentina fell just short in a 29-20 defeat to France in Paris.
Los Pumas will go in as favourites for that contest, with Kieran Crowley’s Italian side looking for their first win since 2008 over this weekend’s opponents.
Meanwhile, New Zealand’s trip to face Ireland at the Aviva Stadium will be broadcast live on Channel 4 in the UK and on RTE Two in Ireland, with kick-off at 3.15pm.
The All Blacks ran out comfortable 46-14 winners when the two last met at the 2019 Rugby World Cup, though Ireland have enjoyed success with wins in 2016 and 2018.
Following a dominant win over Japan in Dublin last weekend, Andy Farrell’s side will be full of confidence ahead of their clash against the world’s number one side.
The late kick-off on Saturday sees action head to Twickenham where Eddie Jones’ England host the Wallabies, with fans able to watch that match live on Amazon Prime.
England cruised past Tonga in their opening match of the series last weekend and will fancy their chances against Australia, who were narrowly beaten on Sunday.
It has also been six years since Australia last beat England, who have won the past seven meetings between the two.
Sunday’s action begins with France looking to back up their win over Argentina with a strong performance against Georgia at the Matmut Atlantique in Bordeaux.
Kick-off will be at 13.00pm and broadcast live on Amazon Prime, with Georgia appearing in the 2021 Autumn Nation Series for the first time.
Meanwhile, the final match of the weekend will see Wales host Fiji in Cardiff in a 3.15pm kick-off that fans can watch on Amazon Prime.
Wayne Pivac’s men have tasted defeat to New Zealand and South Africa so far this autumn, though will go into this match as significant favourites.
