France’s top try-scorer, Penaud replaces Théo Attissogbé, who scored twice at the Stade de France last weekend.
The front row of Jean-Baptiste Gros, Peato Mauvaka, and Uini Atonio remains unchanged, while Alexandre Roumat and Emmanuel Meafou retain their places in the second row. In the back row, François Cros and Paul Boudehent start at blindside and openside flanker respectively, while 'Player of the Round' from the weekend, Grégory Alldritt, continues at number eight.
Antoine Dupont once again starts at scrum-half, captaining the side, with Jalibert at fly-half. The centre pairing of Yoram Moefana and Pierre-Louis Barassi remains unchanged, while the back three sees one change, with Penaud replacing Attissogbé.
