The match, which kicks off at 15:00 (live on ITV), follows Ireland's sensational first-round victory against France in Paris.
The Irish team to take on Italy will have a few fresh names within the match-day 23 and will be lead by Caelan Doris who will become the 110th player to lead the National Side. Peter O'Mahony will move out of the team this weekend with Jack Conan and Ryan Baird completing the back row.
Joe McCarthy, player of the match vs France will link with James Ryan for the clash against Italy on Sunday.
Completing the front row we see Andrew Porter and Finlay Bealham partner Dan Sheehan. Craig Casey will look to supply outhalf Jack Crowley with some quick ball while changes have also been made in the centres with Stuart McCloskey next to Robbie Henshaw. The back three remains unchanged with Calvin Nash, James Lowe and Hugo Keenan looking to make inroads into the Italian defence.
