Ireland U20 33
Tries: Molony 3, Corrigan, Minogue Cons: Green 4
Player of the Match: Charlie Molony
Ireland got their U20 Six Nations campaign back on track at the Hive Stadium with a clinical performance against Scotland.
In a try-filled encounter, Leinster wing Charlie Molony bagged a hat-trick in the opening quarter of the match to set the tone, extending a winning streak against the hosts that goes back to 2015. Molony's provincial teammate, second row Billy Corrigan, also crossed the line, as did replacement back rower Oisin Minogue (Munster, and nephew of the great Anthony Foley). Fullback Daniel Green (Ulster) converted four of Ireland's five tries on the night.
For Scotland, there were tries from wing Fergus Watson (Glasgow), hooker Joe Roberts (both Glasgow) and replacement scrum-half Hector Patterson (Edinburgh).
