There are changes to the team that faced France in round three, Compared to the match against France on Sunday 14th April in Paris, Raineri has made some changes.
Silvia Turani is back in the front row, while Giordana Duca is joined by Sara Tounesi in the second line. The back is composed of Ilaria Arrighetti, Francesca Sgorbini and returning captain Elisa Giordano.
There are also changes to the back three: Francesca Granzotto moves from scrum-half to wing, with Alyssa d'Incà moving from wing to outside centre. Veronica Madia takes the reins at fly-half, on a day in which she celebrates her 50th Azzurre cap. The same honour is also afforded to Isabella Locatelli, should she come off the bench.
Also on the bench, wearing the number 22 jersey, is Sara Mannini: the youngest player of the 2024 Guinness Women's Six Nations.
