Head coach Ioan Cunningham has made four changes to the starting line-up that took on England in Bristol in round two.
Sisilia Tuipulotu comes in at tighthead, with Alisha Butchers at blindside and Keira Bevan at scrum-half. Meanwhile, Jasmine Joyce returns to the number fourteen jersey, having withdrawn due to injury in the build-up to the game at Ashton Gate.
