The action begins at Scotstoun where Scotland host Wales, with the teams having played out a thrilling encounter in the competition a year ago.
On that occasion, the Welsh raced into a big lead before holding off a Scottish comeback on their way to an 18-17 victory.
With both teams still searching for a first win of this year’s Championship, there will be a lot on the line in Glasgow.

The battle of the two remaining unbeaten sides will likely be a Championship decider in Exeter when England host Italy.
The English are perfect 15 points from a possible 15, and can clinch the title if results go their way this weekend.
To do so, they will need to beat Italy, who have so far seen off Scotland and Ireland – the latter for the first time in the Championship – as well as drawing 3-3 with Wales.

The last game of the weekend sees defending champions France head to Ireland in need of a win to keep their title hopes alive.
Les Bleues bounced back from defeat in England with a big victory over Scotland, and now face an Irish side who beat them two years ago in the Championship.
Ireland, meanwhile, have won one from three so far, but could move ahead of their visitors with a convincing win.
